DataSpace Industries stands behind the quality of its work and the products it provides.

Hardware

• New parts and systems are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Used parts and systems are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Hardware warranty service will be fulfilled by providing a replacement part or replacement system, as appropriate, to restore functionality.

Software Repair Services

Software repair services are not guaranteed due to the dynamic nature of software environments and the hardware that supports them. However, DSI is committed to customer satisfaction and will review any concerns regarding software services that do not appear to have achieved the documented objectives of the service provided.

In some cases, continued software issues may result from actions taken after the completion of the repair process. DSI will work with customers to determine the cause of any ongoing issues and provide additional services as needed.

Software Development Projects

Software development projects are guaranteed to provide the agreed-upon functionality within the hosting and operating environment used during development.

Because computer systems, operating systems, web browsers, hosting platforms, and internet technologies continuously evolve, future updates and maintenance may be required to maintain compatibility and functionality. Such maintenance services are billable at DSI's standard rates.
