Rush Service Policy

To maintain scheduling fairness and consistently deliver high-quality work for all clients, DataSpace Industries may apply rush service fees when projects require accelerated completion.

Same-Day Requests

Requests received after 11:00 AM for completion by 4:00 PM on the same business day will incur a rush fee equal to 30 minutes of labor.

Overnight Requests

Requests received after 2:00 PM for completion before the start of the next business day will incur a rush fee equal to 30 minutes of labor.

Immediate Priority Requests

Requests requiring completion within two hours of submission will incur a rush fee equal to 60 minutes of labor.

Multiple Requests

Each separate rush request submitted by phone, email, text message, or in person is treated as an individual rush request and may incur a separate rush fee.

Required Materials

All source materials, content, credentials, approvals, and other information required to complete the requested work must be provided at the time the rush request is submitted.

If necessary materials are received late, DSI reserves the right to decline the rush request.

Scheduling Limitations

If the requested work cannot reasonably be completed within the available time frame, DSI will notify the client. The client may then choose either:

• To proceed under rush status and incur the applicable rush fee.
• To place the work into the normal production schedule.
