Hardware Retention Policy

To prevent misunderstandings regarding customer-owned equipment left in the possession of DataSpace Industries, the following policy applies:

Any hardware left at a DSI service location for more than 90 days after intake, as documented by the job intake date or other relevant records, shall be considered abandoned and may become the property of DataSpace Industries unless a written exception has been granted by DSI management.

Customers are encouraged to retrieve completed equipment promptly following notification that service work has been completed.
